With an emphasis on improving performance for remote or hybrid workforces, Tony provides the first ever traveling performance coach program where key employees undergo in-person sessions personally by Tony, where individualized engagement plans are created and administered. In the office or at their home, Tony will personally go plug-in disconnected or drifting team members.
Leadership Mediation
Conflicts or misalignment of leadership will break an organization of any size. Through his coaching sessions, Tony has mediated and resolved company-breaking personality clashes of all sizes: between enterprise leadership execs, startup cofounders, middle manager fisticuffs, turning them into powerful alliances or effective divisions of strategy and execution.
